Returns

Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the order. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order furniture, used products, and items damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Natural Wood Variation

As our furniture is made from genuine wood, natural variations in colour, grain, knots, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
